Beaphar VETOpure Flea Spot-On for Cats is a plant-based flea repellent for cats and kittens over 12 weeks. One pipette on the back of the neck keeps fleas away for up to 4 weeks, with margosa (neem) extract and eucalyptus citriodora oil.
Why start before you see fleas
VETOpure is a repellent: it keeps fleas from settling on your cat rather than treating an existing infestation. That is why it works best when applied early in the season, before fleas appear. Fleas also live in the places your cat rests, so pair it with regular vacuuming and treating beds, carpets and soft furnishings with a suitable household flea spray.

Composition
How to apply
1. Hold the pipette upright and tap the neck so the contents fall back into the body.
2. Snip off the tip with scissors, without squeezing.
3. Part the fur on the back of the neck, where your cat can't reach when grooming, and place the tip on the skin.
4. Squeeze several times to empty the whole pipette onto the skin in one spot. Don't massage it in; if liquid runs onto the fur, wipe it with a tissue.
Reapply every 28 days for continuous protection. If your cat gets very wet you may need to reapply sooner, but never within 7 days. Use only one pipette per application, and no other flea products during the 4-week period.
Do not use on kittens under 12 weeks, on sick or recovering cats, or on nursing mothers.
In multi-cat homes, keep treated cats apart until the spot is dry so they don't groom each other. Keep children and other pets from touching the cat until the fur is fully dry.
For external use only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. If skin irritation appears at the application site, consult your vet. Wash hands after use. Keep out of reach of children.
