Return and Delivery Policy

At Pawzi, we aim to make delivery and returns simple, clear, and reliable. This page explains our delivery timelines, charges, and return process for eligible orders placed through our website.

1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are 19 SAR including VAT.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time is as follows:

  • Within 1 business day in Riyadh except Fridays

  • From 2 to 7 business days for locations outside Riyadh and Jeddah

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors beyond our control.

3. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order. Pawzi is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or circumstances related to the courier.

4. Return Period

Returns are available for 14 days after receiving the items.

5. Free Returns

Returns are free of charge.

6. Return Eligibility

Customers may return items without questions if the item is packed well.

To help us process the return smoothly, items should be returned in a suitable condition and packaged properly.

7. Damaged Items

If an item is received in bad condition, the customer should contact customer support. Pawzi will arrange the return.

8. Refund Timing

If a refund is approved:

  • Pawzi dispatches the refund within 1 business day

  • Final refund receipt may take 1 to 14 days depending on the bank
