At Pawzi, we aim to make returns and refunds simple, clear and fair. This page explains how to return or exchange an order placed through our website, and what you will be refunded.

Return period

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Free returns

We do not charge a fee for returning an item. Please see "What we refund" below for how the original shipping charge is treated.

Return eligibility

You may return items with no questions asked, as long as the item is packed well. To help us process your return smoothly, please send items back in a suitable condition and properly packaged.

To start a return or an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange it.

Received a defective item, or something different from what was shown online?

Contact our customer support. Pawzi will arrange the return for you and refund the item together with the shipping charge you paid.

What we refund

The price of the returned item is always refunded. Whether the shipping charge is refunded depends on the reason for the return:
