Order processing

All orders are processed during our working hours. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares and packs your items so they arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery areas

Pawzi currently delivers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the courier's coverage.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the time you place your order:

There are no deliveries on Fridays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or high order volumes.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information from the shipping carrier when available, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery conditions

Please make sure the shipping address and contact number you provide at checkout are correct to avoid delivery delays. Pawzi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

If the courier is unable to reach you, additional delivery attempts or arrangements may be required.
