All orders are processed during our working hours. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares and packs your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Pawzi currently delivers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the courier service coverage.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

• Riyadh: 1 Business day

• Other cities in Saudi Arabia: 2–7 Business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees is 19 SAR flat. Free shipping on all orders above 299 SAR.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information from the shipping carrier when available. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are correct to avoid delivery delays. Pawzi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
