• Availability may change without prior notice

• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or listings

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in Saudi Riyals unless stated otherwise and may include applicable VAT where required.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available on the website. Pawzi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Pawzi delivers orders according to the delivery terms published on the website. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to operational or external factors beyond our control.

Where applicable:

• Delivery charges: 28.75 SAR including VAT

• Delivery time: within 24 hours in Riyadh and Jeddah except Fridays

• Delivery time outside Riyadh and Jeddah: 2 to 7 days

Delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or courier conditions may affect delivery timing.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with Pawzi’s applicable return and refund policy.

Where applicable:

• Returns are available for 7 days after receiving the items

• Returns are free

• Customers may return items without questions if the item is packed well

• If the item is received in bad condition, the customer should report that to customer support and Pawzi will arrange the return

• Pawzi dispatches the refund within 1 business day

• Final refund receipt may take 1 to 14 days depending on the bank

Pawzi may refuse returns or refunds where items do not meet the return conditions set out in the relevant policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of any law or regulation

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, or data
