Versele-Laga Mountain Hay Mint is 100% mountain hay with mint added for flavour and variety.
Mountain hay — a different grass source than timothy
Mountain hay comes from a different grass mix than timothy, typically harvested from alpine or higher-altitude meadows, giving a genuinely different texture and flavour base — mint is added here on top of that base for further variety.
Offering more than one hay type — timothy and mountain both — gives rabbits and guinea pigs genuine textural variety, which can help keep interest up in an animal that needs to eat hay constantly.
- ✓Mountain hay. A different grass source and texture from timothy.
- ✓Mint added for variety.
- ✓Offers textural variety alongside timothy hay.
