MPS Small Open Basin for Aquatic Turtles includes an integrated island topped with a decorative palm tree, providing a basking spot, at 31.5x21.5x8cm. Part of our small pet cages & igloos range.

A basking island — a real reptile-care need, not just decoration

Aquatic turtles need to leave the water periodically to bask and dry off under warmth, which supports shell health and helps prevent fungal or skin issues, and the integrated island here gives them that dry basking spot within the same tank rather than needing a separate platform.

The open-top design offers good ventilation and convenient access for feeding and cleaning.
