Why unscented is often the better choice
A cat's sense of smell is far stronger than ours, and many cats dislike perfumed litter. Some even start avoiding the box. Instead of covering odour with fragrance, this litter controls it by locking urine into a hard clump you lift out completely. When waste is scooped often, there is nothing left to smell, and your cat gets a clean, neutral box it is happy to use.

How to use
Fill the litter box with 3–4 inches (about 8–10 cm) of litter. This depth lets clumps form fully before urine reaches the bottom of the box.
Scoop waste twice a day and top up with fresh litter as needed.
Replace all the litter about once a month, or more often depending on how many cats you have.
Do not flush used litter down the toilet. Clay absorbs water and swells, which can block pipes. Dispose of it in the household rubbish only, and do not dump it outdoors.
