Royal Canin Medium Adult is a complete dry food for dogs between 11 and 25 kg, from one to seven years old — the Beagles, Border Collies, Cocker Spaniels and countless crossbreeds that make up most of the dogs in most households.

The middle is its own category

Medium breeds avoid the extremes. They do not have the racing metabolism of a toy breed, nor the joint loading and short lifespan of a giant one. What they do have, more than either, is stamina — these are the dogs built to walk all day, and most of them are asked to.

Joints matter here too — a 20 kg dog running and jumping daily puts real load through them over a decade.
