Royal Canin Sensible 33 is a complete dry food for adult cats whose digestion is easily upset — and who are often particular about food as well. It is built for both problems at once, which is what separates it from a straightforward digestive diet.
Two problems, one bowl
Cats with unsettled digestion are frequently also reluctant eaters, and the two feed each other. A cat that associates food with discomfort becomes wary of the bowl; a cat that eats erratically — nothing for hours, then too much at once — gives its gut a harder job than one eating steadily.
So this formula works on digestibility and on appetite together. Royal Canin use proteins selected for how completely they are absorbed, so less arrives undigested in the colon where it causes trouble, together with prebiotic fibres that feed the beneficial bacteria there. Alongside that, the bag contains three different kibble shapes and selected flavourings, specifically to get a hesitant cat eating.

Sensible 33 or Digestive Care?

Sensible 33 covers the same ground but adds the palatability work — the multiple kibble shapes and the higher energy density. If your cat's problem is loose stools, Digestive Care is the more targeted choice. If your cat has a delicate stomach and picks at its food, Sensible 33 is built for that combination.
One thing to watch. The concentrated energy that helps a poor eater works against a cat that eats enthusiastically. This is not a weight-control food. If your cat has a sensitive stomach but a healthy appetite, measure the ration carefully rather than free-feeding.
Feeding it
Introduce it over a week or so. With a sensitive cat, rushing the change tends to produce exactly the upset you are trying to settle.
Feed several small meals at consistent times rather than one large serving. Smaller portions ask less of the digestive system, and a predictable routine settles a wary eater faster than any change of recipe.
Keep other foods and scraps out of the picture while you assess it — otherwise you will not know what is working. Fresh water throughout.
A cat that is losing weight, vomiting repeatedly, or refusing food for more than a day needs a vet rather than a different bag. Sensitivity is a tendency to manage; those are symptoms to investigate.
