Cat H2O & Dog H2O Power Cord Protective Tube encases a fountain's power cord, protecting it from a curious cat or dog that might otherwise chew on it.

Pre-split, no need to unplug the cord to install

A chewed power cord is both a real risk to a pet — shock or injury — and to the fountain itself, and this tube's pre-split design lets an owner wrap it around an existing cord without unplugging anything first, making it easy to retrofit onto a fountain already in use.

The durable, flexible plastic withstands light to moderate chewing, adding a layer of protection beyond the cord's own insulation.
